Bible is the Living Word of God.

Hebrew 4:12 says, “For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”

2 Timothy 3:16-17 says, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

Bible can be a powerful source of inspiration, encouragement, comfort and hope in different seasons of our lives.  We all experience different situations in our lives and are often faced with the challenge of looking at the things from view point of Biblical truth. This article features collection of some of the inspirational bible verses. It offers encouraging and inspiring verses for various situations. Boldness

“Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” – Hebrew 4:16

Burdened

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28

Comfort

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.” – 2 Cor 1:3-4

Confess

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” – 1 John 1:9

Fruit of the Spirit

God’s goodness

“The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.” – Nahum 1:7

Honesty

Hope

Justice

For the LORD is righteous, he loves justice; upright men will see his face.

Mercy

Patience

May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus. – Rom 15:5

Persecuted

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” – Matthew 5:10

Prayer

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Phil 4:6-7

Pure

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” – Ps 51:10

Repent

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” – 2 Chronicles 7:14

Rest

“The LORD replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” – Exodus 33:14

Strength

“The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights.” – Habakkuk 3:19

Success

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.” – Pro 3:5-6

Temptation

“No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.” – 1 Cor 10:13

Weary – Waiting

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” – Isaiah 40-29-31
